What support can include

The work is agreed in advance and shaped around what is becoming difficult, what matters to the person at home and who should be kept informed.

Check-In

$169 per month

One 45-minute visit each month, a visit record, limited coordination time and quarterly home checks.

Full Support

$595 per month

Two visits and four onsite hours each month, with more time for errands, home matters and agreed updates.

Familiar Care is not an emergency, medical or personal-care service. It does not diagnose, provide nursing, administer medication or deliver hands-on personal care.
