Family Assurance gives families a trusted local point of contact while the person at home keeps their independence, privacy and voice.

The service is month to month. We agree who may receive updates, what should be recorded and where Familiar Care’s role begins and ends before visits start.
Support without taking over
Familiar Care can notice what needs attention, follow up agreed tasks and keep the right people informed. Decisions remain with the person receiving support wherever possible.
